Scope and eligibility
The scientific
meeting is open for
participants from all countries that already joined the COST action
FA0807.
Only researchers belonging to COST or non-COST eligible countries
presenting a poster or an oral communication can be reimbursed by COST,
besides the MC FA0807 members.
The executive committee will select the oral presentations from the
submitted contributions.
The
abstract
submitted has to reflect a specific contribution to a WG; it can thus be
the contribution of a single person or an consortium but it always
should be an abstract for a specific WG; one person can therefore submit
more than one abstract if he/she likes to participate in several WGs;
the contribution of an consortium should be presented by only one person
(generally first author).
Reimbursement rules:
Reimbursement will then be provided to a single person who had:
- presented a contribution (=abstract)
- a contribution that fits into the tasks of the WGs (approval
by WG coordinators)
- a participation that fits into the balance between countries
and institutes
